Warranty, Dispatch and Returns

1. Dispatch Terms and Conditions

  • 1.1. Products shall be dispatched within two (2) to five (5) business days following the receipt of payment for the order.
  • 1.2. Shipping rates shall be calculated at the time of order placement, based on the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address at the time of order placement.
  • 1.3. Once payment for the order has been received, the delivery address cannot be modified. Customers must verify and ensure the correct address is provided before completing the payment process.
  • 1.4. Voipsol shall maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding the specifications and features of the products listed on the customer portal, under the equipment tab. However, this information is intended for general guidance only and should not be considered as definitive or exhaustive. The full specifications for the products should be verified directly from the manufacturer’s website. Voipsol does not assume liability for any discrepancies in the equipment information provided.

2. International Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • 2.1.2.1. Shipments to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional charges upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the relevant authorities.
  • 2.2.The customer is also responsible for any customs clearance charges incurred, including fees for inspection.
  • 2.3. As customs duties and policies vary by country, Voipsol recommends contacting the local customs office for specific import requirements and information regarding the shipment of equipment.
  • 2.4. Voipsol does not ship internationally unless a prior agreement has been made with the customer.

3. Product Warranty and Return Conditions

  • 3.1. All equipment sold by Voipsol is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
  • 3.2.Equipment purchased through the customer portal’s equipment tab may be returned within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Returns are not accepted for specially ordered equipment that is not available through the portal.
  • 3.3. To be eligible for return, the equipment must be in a resaleable condition. This includes returning all items in undamaged condition, such as manuals, cables, mounts, brackets, stands, packaging (cardboard boxes, polystyrene, etc.). Voipsol reserves the right to reject returns if these conditions are not met. A 20% handling fee will apply to all returns, except for faulty items, which will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
  • 3.4. Returned products must be adequately wrapped to prevent damage during transit. A completed RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which can be found on page 3 of this document, must be included with the return. Returns will not be accepted without a completed RMA form. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return is under the "dead on arrival" (DOA) terms.
  • 3.5. Voipsol does not accept liability for any damage incurred during transit. Proof of shipping does not constitute proof of delivery. Customers are strongly advised to use recorded delivery, registered post, or courier services with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the returned equipment.
  • 3.6. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply if the equipment has been damaged due to neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, incorrect connection, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
  • 3.7. Equipment returned under warranty will undergo testing to verify the reported fault. If the fault cannot be replicated and the product is deemed fully operational, Voipsol reserves the right to charge 30% of the original purchase price for testing and handling.

4. The consumer guarantees

  • 4.1.These include guarantees that:
    • i. We can give you the title to the goods;
    • ii. The goods are free of third-party interests;
    • iii. The goods are of acceptable quality (within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law)
    • iv. some other matters. You can obtain full details at www.consumerlaw.gov.au .

Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (RMA)

An electronic RMA form must be completed in order for any returns to be accepted by Voipsol.

On completion of the RMA Voipsol will provide further instructions.
